CustomException Constructor

There are four overloads for the constructor

Overload List

CustomException	Default constructor.
CustomException(String)	Initializes a new instance of the Exception class with a specified error message.
CustomException(SerializationInfo, StreamingContext)	Initializes a new instance of the Exception class with serialized data.
CustomException(String, Exception)	Initializes a new instance of the Exception class with a specified error message and a reference to the inner exception that is the cause of this exception.
