BE0059: LCID '[id]' not found in configuration file
Warning BE0059: LCID '[id]' not found in configuration file. Defaulting to ANSI code page value of '[codePage]'.
Cause
This warning appears if the specified locale ID cannot be found in the help file builder's SandcastleHtmlExtract.config file. In such cases, the indicated default ANSI code page value and encoding character set are used instead when updating the table of contents file with entries for the additional and conceptual content.
Solution
This will occur if you select a language for which there is no corresponding language element in the SandcastleHtmlExtract.config file. This file can be found in the help file builder installation folder. You can edit this file to add an element that defines the code page and character set to use for the given locale ID. If you do make an addition, please open an issue at the Sandcastle Help File Builder project on GitHub to have the change added to the next release of the help file builder.
