Error BE0055: The conceptual topic '[title]' (ID: [id]) must either specify a topic file or it must contains sub-topics

This error occurs if a conceptual content layout file contains an entry that has to file associated with it and does not have any child nodes.

Container nodes are valid in a content layout file but they must have child nodes in order to make them useful. Either remove the indicated node, associate it with a topic, or add child nodes with topics to it so that it is valid. If you are in the process of creating the file, you can add a placeholder topic to make it valid for the build.
