There is a known issue with the project templates not showing up correctly in Visual Studio 2019 Preview. In order to work around this issue when creating a new project, clear any filters and enter a search term such as "Sandcastle" or "build component" depending on the template you want to use. So far, only the documentation and C# component projects will appear but not the Visual Basic ones.
Updated the package to support asynchronous loading required by Visual Studio 2019.
Updated the build engine so that it recognizes the newer SDK project format used by .NET Core and .NET Standard projects.
Updated the build log viewer control to transform the log file asynchronously so that it does not block the UI when loading large log files.
Updated the jQuery script used in website output to version 3.3.1.
Moved the shared .\LegacyWeb files into the VS2010 presentation style content since it is the only presentation style that uses the files.
