Error CT0001: Unable to clean output folder. Reason: [reason]

This error occurs if the CleanHelp build task is unable to purge the folders specified in the WorkingPath and OutputPath properties.

This is a generic, catch-all error that occurs if the specified folders could not be purged. Refer to the additional error information for information about why the error occurred and how it can be fixed (i.e. the folder is in use, no permission, etc.).
