ImageAreaPolygon Constructor

There are three overloads for the constructor

ImageAreaPolygon Default constructor
ImageAreaPolygon(String) Constructor. This version takes the URL to which to navigate when clicked.
ImageAreaPolygon(String, String) Constructor. This version takes the URL to which to navigate when clicked and a tool tip.
